Estoy Merchandise - FAQ
Estoy Merchandise happily accepts most major credit cards and Paypal.
Prices are in American USD.
For any applicable coupon, enter the coupon code at the very end of the sale on the final sale page. This comes after you’re asked to confirm your order, but before the page where you actually submit and are charged for the transaction.
The coupon code process can be sometimes confusing, and you may think you’ve passed the opportunity to enter your code, so we’ve included a screen shot HERE of the page on which you’ll be entering the code so you know what to look for.
WILL CALL PICKUP
At applicable events, the option of picking up rather than shipping your order is available. An option of checking “pick up” will appear on the final sale page during relevant event times (LA Podfest, Live Podcasts, and other special events). This will ensure your order is not shipped to you but ready for pick up at your desired event location.
Estoy Merchandise can modify an order but only if the request is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by 12am midnight PST on night of purchase, and only if the preferred stock is available. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.
REFUNDING AN ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT
Estoy Merchandise can refund an order before it is shipped if the request for refund is sent to email@example.com by 12am midnight PST on the night of purchase.
RETURNING AN ORDER
All Estoy sales are final. If Estoy Merchandise has sent you the wrong item than what is on your will cover shipping costs for any return/exchange if Estoy Merchandise is at fault, however if reason for return or exchange is simply change of mind, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is assessed on a case by case basis and only as supply allows.
-Estoy Merchandise offers Free Shipping on ALL domestic US orders.
-International orders attract a flat $10 shipping fee for orders up to 5 large items.
-Turnaround is typically 10-14 business days on all items made in-house. Shipping on mugs and specialty items are up to the 3rd party manufacturer, and tend to be 14-21 days on the turnaround. We reserve the right to extend these shipping times during holiday seasons, and rush times when we are stretched thin due to volume.
Size charts are available in product description photos in the store where available. These come from the shirt manufacturers and are only as accurate as the sizing they supply for our uses. We’ll do our best to insure their accuracy.
